His visionary leadership has positioned Fedo as a trusted name in the development of high-impact infrastructure projects characterized by contemporary visual aesthetics, meticulous planning, and effective project management. Fayaz’s entrepreneurial journey began at an early age, where he honed his business acumen through hands-on experience and a commitment to continuous learning. These foundational years cultivated a deep understanding of the local business landscape, which he has since translated into actionable strategies for Fedo’s growth and diversification.

Under his stewardship, Fedo has expanded its portfolio beyond construction to include hospitality, real estate, and trade— demonstrating his ability to identify opportunities and adapt to evolving market dynamics. Ali Wasiu is a versatile entrepreneur and Executive Director of Fedo Pvt Ltd. With extensive experience in the construction and infrastructure sector, Wasiu has cultivated a strong foundation in project management, overseeing logistics, finance, and administrative operations with precision and strategic foresight. This was pivotal for its success and expansion as Fedo came into inception with a humble begining. As a co-founder of Fedo, he has been a driving force behind the company's success, playing an active role in guiding its evolution from a modest venture into one of the country’s most reputable and trusted names in construction.

Wasiu is deeply committed to strengthening the company's financial resilience and risk management. At Fedo, he effectively contributed to the implementation of prudential practices, promoted compliance with financial regulations, and maintained close engagement with financial institutions and regulatory bodies to ensure transparency and accountability. Wasiu plays a key role in fostering successful supplier relationships both local and international, to create competitive value to Fedo to attain its competetive strengths His leadership fosters a corporate culture grounded in integrity, efficiency, and long-term value creation.

Before entering the construction industry, Wasiu began his professional career at the National Security Service (now the Maldives National Defence Force), where he developed a strong sense of discipline, integrity, and professionalism. These formative experiences continue to influence his approach to leadership, business ethics, and strategic thinking which he contributes to Fedo in developing a professional team.

Wasiu remains a central figure in Fedo’s ongoing growth and success, bringing vision, resilience, and dedication to every project and initiative the company undertakes.

Ahmed Naseem serves as Executive Director – Administration and Legal and is a member of the Board of Directors of Fedo Private Limited. In this capacity, he contributes to the Board’s strategic direction, governance and decision-making while providing executive oversight of corporate services, administration, contracting, legal coordination and client relations. Working closely with fellow directors and the management team, he helps ensure that Board decisions are translated into disciplined action and that Fedo’s essential support functions operate efficiently, responsibly and in alignment with the company’s objectives.

Naseem brings more than two decades of experience across private-sector business management and local administration. He previously served as Council Head and Assistant Director at Haa Alif Kelaa Council, gaining valuable experience in public administration, stakeholder engagement and institutional coordination. His diverse professional background has developed his ability to manage complex organisational matters, navigate administrative and regulatory requirements, resolve operational challenges and build constructive relationships with clients, authorities and other stakeholders.

He has completed professional training in administration, management, human resources and project management, reflecting his commitment to continuous learning and effective leadership. His combination of practical experience, sound judgement and organisational knowledge enables him to contribute meaningfully at both Board and executive levels.

Anil Adam serves as Executive Director – Strategy and Governance on the Board of Fedo Private Limited. He contributes to strategic direction, governance oversight and long-term decision-making while supporting the development of policies, delegated authorities, performance frameworks and institutional controls. Since joining Fedo in 2019, he has contributed to feasibility studies, corporate ventures, brand development, investor relations and the expansion of the company’s interests across construction, property development and hospitality.

Anil brings two decades of experience across corporate strategy, governance, tourism, higher education, capital markets, communications and business development. His career includes serving as a governance and development consultant to a state-owned enterprise, Deputy Minister of Tourism, a national broadcasting board member, a capital-market regulatory executive, a higher-education dean and lecturer. This diverse background provides him with a strong understanding of public policy, commercial operations, stakeholder expectations and institutional decision-making.

He holds an MSc in International Business Management with Marketing from Heriot-Watt University, UK, and a First-Class BA (Hons) in Marketing with Events Management from University of Birmingham, UK. He has also published articles and papers on corporate governance, strategic planning, capital markets, tourism and economic development. Guided by integrity and evidence-based decision-making, Anil supports stronger Board-led governance, organisational accountability and responsible growth, helping Fedo build institutional capability and create sustainable long-term value for its stakeholders.

Krishnakumar serves as the Head of Finance of Fedo, bringing more than 45 years of experience in financial management, corporate administration, operations and organisational leadership. His career spans the manufacturing, trading, retail, hospitality and insurance sectors, with extensive senior-management experience in the Maldives. Before joining Fedo, he served for over 14 years as Chief Executive Officer of Static Co. Pvt. Ltd., where he led financial and operational management, business expansion and performance reporting to the Board. He has also held senior roles in corporate restructuring, cost accounting, management information systems, working-capital financing and operational improvement. Krishnakumar holds an MBA in Finance from Bharathiar University and brings to Fedo a disciplined, practical approach to financial governance, organisational efficiency and sustainable business growth.

Kumara Weerasinghe serves as Financial Controller at Fedo, bringing nearly 30 years of experience in financial management, management accounting, budgeting, treasury and internal controls. An Associate Member of CIMA (ACMA, CGMA), he also holds an MBA in Finance and a BSc in Business Administration. Before joining Fedo, Kumara served for 13 years as Head of Finance for the Sonee group of companies in the Maldives, overseeing financial planning, working-capital management, taxation, audits, ERP controls and management reporting. His earlier career includes more than a decade as a management accountant in manufacturing, together with experience in construction and public-sector accounting. At Fedo, he supports implementation and maintaining of sound financial governance through accurate reporting, disciplined controls, effective cash-flow management and timely decision-making.

Fahud is a highly experienced individual with over a decade of expertise in human resources and government compliance. Since the early days of Fedo, Fahud has been instrumental in managing a motivated workforce and ensuring compliance with government regulations, which has been crucial in navigating the competitive business landscape. Fahud possesses remarkable operational experience, particularly in driving fast-paced operations and mitigating risks within the construction sector of the Maldives. Fahud contributes in streamlining HR processes, implementing effective employee engagement strategies, and ensuring that all operations adhere to Fedo's required compliance standards. As a dynamic and proactive leader, Fahud oversees human resource and welfare services for over 1000 employees at Fedo, demonstrating exceptional leadership and organizational skills. Fahud's commitment to Fedo has helped to cultivate a resilient workforce, contributing significantly to Fedo's overall productivity and efficiency.

Haamied Maswoodh A.J. serves as Procurement Executive at Fedo, bringing more than eight years of experience in procurement, logistics and supply-chain management. He has supported major construction and infrastructure projects across the Maldives, managing end-to-end procurement for civil materials, MEP and HVAC equipment, finishing products, consumables and specialised construction chemicals. His expertise includes strategic sourcing, supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, international purchasing, freight coordination, customs clearance and inventory management. Haamied holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management and a BSc in Business Management specialising in Logistics Management. He is also a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport and holds international procurement certifications. At Fedo, he supports sourcing, cost efficiency, supplier performance and the timely availability of materials across projects.

Suranga Gamage serves as a Cluster Manager at Fedo, bringing more than 20 years of experience in civil engineering, construction management and project delivery. He has extensive experience in both the Maldives and Sri Lanka, contributing to resort developments, reclamation works, residential projects, public buildings, airport facilities, healthcare developments and complex renovation programmes. His technical capabilities include project planning, preparation of bills of quantities, work and payment scheduling, engineering drawings, architectural coordination and site supervision. Suranga holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from the Open University of Sri Lanka and has additional training in AutoCAD, Revit Architecture and building technology. At Fedo, he oversees multiple projects within his assigned cluster, coordinating site teams, monitoring progress and supporting the safe, timely and quality-driven delivery of construction works.

Joel Delelis is a Project Manager at Fedo Private Limited, focused on the successful execution of diverse projects. He ensures project goals align with effective KPIs, and ensuring a meticulous approach to planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring that each project contributes to the overall strategic objectives of Fedo Private Limited. His role is crucial in maintaining Fedo's reputation for excellence and reliability in project delivery. Joel holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He has gained experience in the Maldives working for resort development projects and working internationally for various project assignments. His technical expertise and proactive approach make him a valuable asset to Fedo, where he is dedicated to contributing to the company's objectives through effective project delivery. His proactive stance, combined with his technical skills, enables him to effectively manage complex projects and contribute to Fedo's continued growth and success.

Sujith Bharagavan is an Architect at Fedo Private Limited, where he develops as-built documents, contributes to concept planning, 3D modelling and compiling of detailed drawings. Sujith has worked for drafting and modelling of notable projects during his tenure at Fedo. In addition, Sujith also contributes presenting site inductions, safety briefings, and toolbox talks. Before joining Fedo Sujith worked as a Supervisor at KAP (India) Projects and Constructions Pvt Ltd in Bangalore, where he supervised workers, subcontractors, and work activities. Earlier in his career, Sujith was a Site Engineer at AXIS Concept Construction Pvt Ltd in Bangalore, where he prepared detailed drawings, calculated the cost and quantity of materials for residential work projects, maintained project schedules, planned work schedules, prepared site reports, and checked the quality of work and construction. Sujith holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering (General).
