Fedo signed an agreement with Hulhumale’ Development Corporation (HDC) today to develop 53 flats in Hulhumale’ Phase 1.
A total of 53 mixed-use residential units with luxury apartments will be developed in a land plot of over 12,290 sqft.
The project is expected to be completed within the first quarter of 2025.
